We will be having a Service Auction night this Friday to support our brothers and sisters who have the opportunity to serve the Lord away from home. As they go to other state and even other countries, we want to support them in reaching out to the lost.

You can help raise money by offering a service (anything from a car wash to piano lessons) that will be auctioned off and purchased by other people in the fellowship. The money that we collect will help our summer missionaries financially.  By offering a little bit of your time and service, you can be a huge support! If you are interested in helping, email Tif (liltiffygurl@gmail.com) by Friday at noon!

AACF SLO & AACF UCSB will be coming together to worship! UCSB invited us to join them in Santa Barbara for a BBQ at 2pm and a PRAISE at 6pm. Come and fellowship with our fellow AACF family and see how God is moving beyond SLO.

Santa Barbara is about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. There will be cars leaving in the afternoon as well as in the early evening for those who can make it only to the praise night. Come enjoy a night of fellowship with the body of Christ at Cal Poly!  As one body in Christ, the fellowships of Cal Poly will be coming together to worship, to fellowship,and to build up the body as one.  It will be an exciting night!  You don't want to miss it!

AACF will be participating in the 15th Annual Lantern Festival!  And we need helpers!!  Our brothers and sisters from CCF have invited us to help them hand out free milk tea.  We will have a club booth located in the UU plaza and will also be surveying the Asian community to learn more about how we can better serve them on campus.  Set-up and milk-tea prep starts at 4pm in the UU plaza.  Hope to see you all there!

Open House is a great opportunity for AACF to reach out to incoming Freshmen. We will be having a club booth to welcome incoming Freshmen and introduce them to the body of Christ here on campus. In addition, we are trying something new this year by selling Korean rice bowls! We need A LOT of help with setting up the booth, cooking, serving food, cleaning up, and simply loving on incoming Freshmen. So come and join us! Please sign-up online to help!



We hope everyone had a fun time at the AACF Basketball Tournament. Thanks to all who helped with organizing, driving, and hosting people overnight to make it all happen. And huge thanks to everyone who came to support!



Praise the Lord for such a beautiful weekend at Lopez Canyon Bible Camp last week! It's exciting to see God constantly mold and teach us how to encourage, empower, and equip one another. Hear testimonies from retreat at Large Group this Friday (Jan 23rd)! And check out more awesome pics from Dan!


As we approach the end of Winter quarter, we are beginning to look for new leaders for next year. If you have ever considered serving as a leader for AACF, we encourage you to prayerfully consider this opportunity. As a part of building the next leadership team, Core would like you to fill out this form (use this form if you have Word 03) and return it to us by Friday, April 10th.

Join us for weekly prayer. As learning from the Word is important to our spiritual walk, prayer is key to our spiritual growth. The depth we can reach in our relationship with God is aided by our being able to converse with God. Do not forget that having a conversation with God is important in our being able to hear him in our daily lives. Come and spend some time in prayer during our Monday through Friday prayer meetings held every morning at 7:30am in UU218 and on Friday evening at 6:00pm in UU218.
